Our established fee-for-service practice is looking for an enthusiastic full-time Dental Assistant to join our friendly, collaborative team. This full-time position works across both of our locations in Bradford and Smethport, PA, with the current schedule divided between the two offices.

We're looking for someone with dental assisting experience who is comfortable working in a digital environment and proficient with digital radiography. Experience with Curve Hero or similar dental practice-management software is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Provide chairside assisting for a broad range of general, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
• Take high-quality digital radiographs and work confidently with digital dental technology.
• Maintain excellent infection-control and sterilization standards.
• Support our hygiene team through an assisted-hygiene model, including patient seating and preparation, digital radiographs, charting support, operatory setup and turnover, sterilization, and helping keep patients comfortable and appointments running smoothly.
• Build relationships with patients through excellent communication and patient care.
• Participate in cross-training, including occasional front-office support, to better understand and support the entire patient experience.
• Work closely with the doctor, hygienists, and the rest of our team to keep the clinical day organized and efficient.
• Work comfortably as part of our team at both our Bradford and Smethport locations.

Compensation

$19-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
